As a Regulatory Change Manager within the Retail Product & Systems Department, you will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business solutions. By connecting regulatory expectations with product and operational needs, you will help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and a strong risk culture across Luminor.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Act as a trusted advisor on daily banking services regulatory matters for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization

Lead and coordinate activities required to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables throughout Luminor

Identify and oversee daily banking services risks, perform risk and control assessments, prepare risk reporting, and contribute to broader risk management processes

Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements

Support external communications and responses related to daily banking services, including interactions with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders

Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management, providing insights on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress

Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, and coordinate regulatory reviews and audit activities with internal and external partners

What Makes You a Great Fit:

3+ years of experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management or Audit

Good understanding of banking legislation, Baltic and European regulatory frameworks governing banking services

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics in a clear and practical way

Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization

High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results

University degree, preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Project Management or a related field

Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3100-4200EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
