How You Will Make an Impact:

Product Ownership & Development

Own the eArrest product lifecycle end-to-end, including product vision, roadmap, service management, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement

Define, analyze, and manage business requirements, identify process optimization opportunities, and support the implementation of technical solutions

Monitor product performance, KPIs, service levels, incidents, and system updates, ensuring effective issue resolution and mitigation

Collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and customer-focused solutions

Manage eArrest services information in public and internal spaces, give needed input to marketing and PR content

Risk & Compliance Management

Ensure eArrest product and services adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, contribute to business continuity activities, and support audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments

Stakeholder, Delivery & Operational Excellence

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality product initiatives, ensuring alignment of business needs, priorities, and customer outcomes

Act as the eArrest subject matter expert by providing support, guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to internal teams

Drive Agile delivery through backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Ensure efficient product operations through effective coordination, documentation management, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, including requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery of IT solutions

Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Understanding of IT systems, services, and Agile ways of working; experience participating in IT projects and managing product-related initiatives

Knowledge of banking products, services, and processes would be considered an advantage

Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and facilitate discussions or workshops when needed

Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new processes and domains

Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2750 - 3900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. While the position is temporary, Luminor is a large and growing organization with a strong culture of internal mobility, offering employees opportunities to explore long-term career paths across different business areas.
