At LEAD, we work with innovative startups every day across deeptech, medtech, life science and B2B SaaS. A strong idea needs an equally strong leader and we’re building a pool of entrepreneurial people ready to step into CEO or co-founder operational roles when the right company arises.
What the opportunity involves
Each company is different, but typical expectations include:
Full ownership of the commercial and operational roadmap from day one
Close collaboration with an existing technical team that has built a working product or prototype
Responsibility for strategy, fundraising, partnerships, recruitment and first customers
Hands-on leadership in recruiting and shaping the founding team culture

Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable taking ownership, making high-impact decisions and building from scratch

You are motivated by founding, scaling or turning early-stage ventures into sustainable businesses. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy ownership and are ready to be the public face and operational engine of a young company. You are based in or willing to relocate to Östergötlando.
