Rate of Pay: €15.65ph + uncapped monthly commission

About the RoleWe are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team in Ballina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.
Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
