About the Company The role is with a boutique eCommerce agency based in Sydney , specialising in premium digital experiences for established and growing eCommerce brands. They're a lean team of around 20 people across Design, Engineering, Strategy and Client Success, creating a collaborative environment where people have genuine ownership and work closely across disciplines. The agency works on larger, more complex eCommerce projects and is known for combining strong design and technical delivery with a commercial understanding of its clients' businesses. About the Role This is a Project & Delivery Lead position with a strong focus on ensuring work across the agency is properly planned, resourced and delivered. The role is primarily project-led, overseeing multiple complex digital and eCommerce projects, with some exposure to ongoing retainer work.
