Humble Grape Liverpool Street is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

Located in the heart of the City, our Liverpool Street venues are fast-paced, high-energy environments where great hospitality, strong leadership and attention to detail really matter.
What You'll Be DoingSupporting the General Manager and AGM in delivering smooth, high-quality daily operations
Taking the lead on the floor during busy services and stepping up when it counts
Championing Humble Grape's standards across wine, food and guest experience
Coaching and developing the team, setting the tone for culture, professionalism and performance
Building strong relationships with our guests and creating memorable experiences
Gaining hands-on exposure to P&L, team scheduling, stock management and site performance
Helping drive commercial results while never compromising on quality or hospitality
Being a consistent, trusted presence that your team can rely on
Supporting the GM in identifying opportunities to improve the operation and grow the business
What We're Looking ForPrevious supervisory or Assistant Manager experience within a quality-focused hospitality venue
A natural leader who leads by example and brings out the best in people
Genuine passion for hospitality, wine and creating memorable guest experiences
Ambition to progress within the business and take on greater responsibility
Strong operational awareness and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
Excellent communication and people skills
An interest in wine, WSET qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
Full right to work in the UK
