General Sales ManagerJob Title: General Sales Manager Location: Hyundai Stockport Salary: OTE of £75,000 Working Hours: Full-time Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and driven General Sales Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your RoleDrive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
