We’re looking for a talented Landscape Architect to join Hill and help shape the landscape, public realm and placemaking across our residential and mixed-use developments.
Working across projects from early concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery, you’ll collaborate with our Land, Planning, Technical, Development and Construction teams to create high-quality, sustainable and distinctive places.
What you’ll be doingProviding landscape design input across new and live developments
Supporting site layouts, masterplans and placemaking strategies
Reviewing and coordinating all landscape designs
Creating and developing hard and soft landscape proposals
Supporting planning applications and landscape conditions
Integrating Biodiversity Net Gain, SuDS and green infrastructure
Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, coordinated and deliverable
Visiting sites to help maintain landscape quality through construction
What we’re looking forDegree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
Experience within a landscape practice, developer, housebuilder or multidisciplinary environment
Good understanding of the UK planning system
Knowledge of BNG, sustainable drainage and green infrastructure
Strong design skills with a practical and commercially aware approach
Experience taking projects from concept and planning through to delivery
