About this role
As HR Operations Officer (Recruitment) you will be responsible to manage and control the accurate, timely and qualitative execution of placement and recruitment plan according to the business needs by providing qualified and trained candidates to meet the standards of the clients. You are also responsible for enhancing retention through effective contact management and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Researches and monitors the local/regional market assigned , in order to identify potential pool of candidates for recruitment.
Develops opportunities to promote branding activities in local Region to attract high-caliber for all levels. Makes presentations of the company`s services to maritime audiences in order to enhance the brand name of HANSEATIC and become employer of choice for the community.
Develops synergies with maritime institutes, associations and educational schools of training center's, in order to increase the quality and quantity of the candidate pool according to standards.
Researches and review the market conditions including the wage scales, benefits and other practices of this Industry. Gathers and updates the Supervisor periodically on information about the et intelligence to enhance decision-making of the company to attract and retain the candidates
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience:
Hands-on experience in recruitment
Relevant experience in Health Care Field will be an added advantage
