The successful candidate will have current NMC/HCPC registration, extensive Theatre management knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent organisational and communication skills. They will operationally lead the department, ensuring it is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led, driving efficiency and maximising session utilisation.
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, they will ensure a skilled workforce delivers activity safely and efficiently.
