For supporting our Team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Fleet Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the effective recruitment and manning for your own assigned vessels by complying with the matrix requirements, client’s requirements and relevant legislation for each vessel

You are handling the relief/ rotation planning of the seafarers, focusing on the provision of alternatives for the continuous and effective operation of the vessel

Qualifications & Experience

Commercial qualification / Bachelor degree, ideally with Shipping background or sailing experience

Preferably 2 years experience in Crew Operations

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of vessel crew requirements and seafarer qualifications

Knowledge of global and local maritime employment markets

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Proficiency in standard office software and digital tools
