Our client is a law firm based in Blackheath Village seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
Key requirements for the role include:-
Ability to handle all types of residential property matters, including:
Lease extensions Transfers of equity Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties New builds Auction sales and purchases Re-mortgages Help to Buy Shared Ownership Ideally, the candidate will also have proven experience in the following:-
Lease extensions under the LRHUDA 1993 Collective freehold purchases under the LRHUDA 1993 Further attributes will include:-
Strong oral and written communication skills Well organised Ability to supervise junior staff. Job Type: Permanent, full-time, office-based.
