Unlike traditional dealership sales roles, you'll work with pre-approved finance customers who are actively looking to purchase, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — sourcing vehicles, building relationships, and closing deals.

About the Role
As a Vehicle Broker Specialist, you'll work closely with customers who have already secured finance approval, helping them source and purchase the right vehicle for their needs.
You will:
Build strong relationships with customers
Source and negotiate new and used vehicle purchases
Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
Work closely with internal finance brokers and dealership partners
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
Experience in vehicle sales, wholesale purchasing, dealership operations, or automotive buying is highly regarded, but above all, we're looking for someone with drive, professionalism, and a passion for delivering results.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
Strong negotiation skills
Current Salesperson's or Yard Manager's Licence (essential)
Stable employment history and a strong work ethic
Passion for the automotive industry
