We are looking for motivated, results-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team and help enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our Disease Specialist teams. As an Outbound Calls Specialist (Physician Appointment Setting), you will play a key role in driving meaningful connections between our operations team and US-based healthcare professionals.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct outbound calls & build rapport with gatekeepers (receptionists, office managers, PAs) to schedule meetings with physicians

• Effectively explain the purpose of the call and the value proposition of scheduling meeting between US physicians and our Disease Specialist team

• Engage gatekeepers by addressing concerns and highlighting benefits for the physicians

• Be informed about the latest trends in the healthcare industry and how to effectively communicate with the US healthcare market

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting or similar role

• Exceptional communication skills, fluent English command with the ability to build rapport with English speakers

• Commercial acumen with optional knowledge of the healthcare sector

• Customer-centric attitude

• Relationship Building & negotiation skills

• Results driven mindset

This role is based in our Athens office and operates in a hybrid model. Working hours align with US time zones (15.00-23.00 Athens time). The position is expected to begin mid October- early November.
