About this role
LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR CUM TRAINER Be the Main Point of Contact for drivers, scheduling rosters, solve issues with drivers, train drivers, monitor behavior and other aspects, ensure & review quality and efficiency to meet deliverables on dispatch and delivery, mapping, customer service management.
Should have: - Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Team management skills & experience
- Logistics / transportation basic knowledge of the UAE Market
