As a Legal Officer, you will provide day-to-day legal support to the company, advising management and internal departments on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to management and internal departments

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations

• Ensure company policies and business practices comply with relevant legal requirements

• Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records

• Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and business processes from a legal perspective

• Monitor changes in legislation and advise relevant stakeholders on their potential impact

• Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters

Requirements:

• Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant legal experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and Adobe

• Prior experience as in-house counsel within the relevant industry is considered an advantage

• Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation

• Excellent legal research and regulatory analysis skills

• Knowledge of labor, corporate, and commercial law

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Professional integrity and discretion

• Languages: English - Fluent / Professional proficiency.

2nd Interview with Hiring Manager (Legal) - technical

3rd Interview with Hiring Manager or CEO (if needed)
