We are looking for an influential and forward-thinking Engineering Lead to join our team, working closely with our CTO to shape technical strategy, elevate our delivery standards, and help lead our technology team.
You will be an experienced engineering leader and problem solver with an inquisitive mind. You understand complex technical and business requirements, enabling you to lead the creation and delivery of elegant, high-impact solutions. Crucially, you will act as a trusted deputy to the CTO - capable of stepping into client, pitch, or strategy discussions, guiding squads through complex builds, and driving internal operational improvements.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in modern software engineering (specifically TypeScript, Node.js, cloud platforms, and modern CMS architectures) combined with a passion for pragmatic delivery, experiment-led prototyping, and developing people.
