The position plays a key role in supporting policy administration processes, with a primary focus on Letters of Authorization (LOAs), transaction processing, and policy fee administration. The role ensures accurate preparation, review, and submission of client‑related documentation while maintaining strict compliance and audit standards. It supports the validation of policy fees, reconciliation of charges, and identification of discrepancies to help maintain a smooth operational workflow. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage time‑sensitive tasks are essential for success in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Letters of Authorization & Transaction Processing:
• Prepare and review Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for submission to custodians related to:
• Policy fee collections
• Policy withdrawals
• Policy loans
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant prior to submission
• Ensure the letters are signed by the authorized signatories
• Track and follow up on pending authorizations to ensure timely processing
• Maintain organized and auditable records of all submitted authorizations
Policy Fee Administration:
• Assist in the preparation, review and validation of renewal fees (quarterly and annually)
• Verify fee calculations in coordination with internal systems and applicable policy provisions
• Support reconciliation of policy charges
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed for resolution
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Discretion in handling confidential financial information
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in accounting and finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position
