What you will be doing:
As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving data and AI transformation projects for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Project Management for data & AI engagements with enterprise clients
• Liaising with client stakeholders to enable our technical delivery teams to deliver efficiently
• Grasping business problems to provide context and specifics required for technical teams to define effective solutions
• Running communication and change management streams in AI Solution and Adoption programs
• Reporting progress and results showing incremental value at every step of the way
• Analysing client inputs to pivot and adjust delivery plans as required, whilst managing budgets and timelines
• Managing risks, escalating internally when needed, identifying solutions to delivery challenges
Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams
• Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful projects.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
Your Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm
• Preferably some experience in managing projects related to data, AI, or digital transformation
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes
• Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
