The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven New Business Executive to join our Sales team in Dubai.
The role focuses on new client acquisition and conversion, engaging with prospective clients from the first point of contact through onboarding, first deposit and first trade. You will manage and follow up on leads, build strong client relationships, and work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Arabic and English – Mandatory
• Minimum 1–2 years of Sales / Business Development experience within the CFD industry
• Experience in new client acquisition and lead conversion
• Experience working towards FTD / FTA and conversion KPIs
• Strong telephone sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive and resilient
• Understanding of client onboarding and KYC/AML processes
• Experience using CRM systems
