Colina General Insurance Agents & Brokers Ltd. (CGIA) is seeking dynamic, goal-driven Sales Associates to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for confident and personable professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping clients protect what matters most.

While prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, successful candidates will demonstrate a strong record of achievement in sales and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the financial services sector.

Associate VP of Risk

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Develop customized insurance solutions that meet clients’ unique needs.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, service excellence, and trust.

• Manage and grow assigned accounts while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Accurately maintain client data, prospect and market using CRM (Salesforce preferred).

• Collaborate with team members to support business growth initiatives and deliver superior client experiences.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong background in prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and account management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to foster long-term business relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; able to quickly adapt to new digital tools.

• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be willing to travel as needed.
