As an Installation Technician, you will:
Work independently in customers' homes and outdoors to install XFINITY products and services or troubleshoot reported issues
Develop rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience each and every time
Explain installed services in-depth with customers

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license Superior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure Must be able to lift a minimum of 70lbs, carry and climb ladders, and work outside in all weather conditions Bilingual is a plus
