About this role
As an Installation Technician, you will:
Work independently in customers' homes and outdoors to install XFINITY products and services or troubleshoot reported issues
Develop rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience each and every timeExplain installed services in-depth with customersAs you develop expertise in all our offerings, you will be given opportunities to advance throughout our organization. Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseSuperior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressureMust be able to lift a minimum of 70lbs, carry and climb ladders, and work outside in all weather conditionsBilingual is a plus
