What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will:
Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectorsConduct property inspections and site visitsUndertake market research and analysisAssist with valuation reports, lease advisory work and consultancy projectsPrepare presentation materials and client reportsBuild financial and property performance modelsEngage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiersContribute to business development activities and market intelligenceMaintain accurate records and professional documentationWork towards achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered SurveyorLearning & Development
