About this role
Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.Prepare and conduct pitches / presentationsCoordinating and conducting site inspection for clientsWork on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clientsCoach, mentor and manage a team of brokersWork with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales supportHelp mount and attend various client engagement activities College Degree in any Business CoursesLicensed Real Estate Broker is a plusProfessionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply What's on offer:
