Updating record of all trackers, MIS & Data related to businessMeasure conversion rates on BD front – Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / LostTracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularlyResponding to RFP & preparing proposalsSupport on backend business development roleMaintain inventory for marketing stuffCoordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVsUpdating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & businessEnsure implementation of training sessions, blocking calendars etc.Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire yearUpdating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head
2.Cost ManagerSelection criteria (preferred):
Location: Anywhere across North, East, or West region (though, Gurgaon is preferred)Experience – 7+ years + Interior fit outs experience Education – Graduate in any discipline.
