About this role
Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc.Assist the Department Head to design and implementation on business plans and programs;Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key clients;Create relevant marketing materials and client lists;Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database;Manage transactions;Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
At least five years’ real estate and leasing experience in the commercial field preferably Shanghai markets and/or mature markets；A good track record in real estate market;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hard-working.
