How you would contribute to business:
Support the delivery and execution of the project/s assignedLiaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providersAssist the design management process from concept through construction documentationPrepare cost estimation and manage tendering process and contract administrationSupport procurement activities, manage the contracts and services for and on behalf of the owners/clientsSupervise construction works on-site and coordination of tradesPrepare and maintain project schedulesContribute to identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, ensuring issues are promptly addressed.Ensure proper project close-out and handover of projects to clients/ownersAssist in monitoring project financials, including tracking invoices and supporting timely payment collection from owners/clientsOther functions to be assigned by the Project Director/Team Head Skills that help you excel in the role:
University degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management or related disciplineFormal training in project management / building surveying / interior design is preferred1-4 years of solid experience in running commercial real estate projects, preferably commercial fit-out / office refurbishment / retail projectsCandidate with more experience will be considered as Project ManagerProblem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.Experienced in delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.Proven participation in development planning and execution experience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast-paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleaguesExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken English and ChineseExcellent negotiation and presentation skills.Familiar with design software, e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, SketchUp, etc. will be an advantage What’s on offer:
