About this role
Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, which include:o Physical inspection of the property subject to valuationo On-site market research, and desktop researcho Preparing market data, and conducting analysis to come up with value indicationso Writing valuation reportso Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients, and other interested partiesGather information on real estate listings and transactionsOrganize and maintain databases for internal useConduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field workRespond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions
Graduate of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Real Estate Management, or business (Finance, Management) coursesAt least five (5) years of industry experience is requiredMust be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical EngineerProficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantageLicensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantageAutoCAD knowledge is a plusProficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPointGood command of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills What’s on offer:
