Job Description
Conduct client farming activities, including cold calling and market saturation exercises.Coordinate and conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients.Secure additional Landlord Representation appointments.Collaborate with the Market Analyst Group in preparing client submittals, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.Prepare and deliver client pitches and presentations.Prepare and maintain documentation related to Landlord Representation, including responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), building comparatives, project briefs, contract trackers, and weekly reports.Develop marketing strategies for exclusive Landlord Representation clients.Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.Work closely with the Client Engagement Coordinator to provide post-sales support to clients.Assist in organizing and participating in various client engagement activities.Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Service Line Leads or Executive Director from time to time. Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a business-related course; graduates of any course or program are welcome to applyHas experience working in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or BrokerageHas experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate such as office leasing or landlord/tenant representation; applicants with residential sales experience are also welcome to applyLicensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) is a plusProven track record of closing lease or sales transactionsExperience preparing proposals, RFP responses, or building comparativesWilling to work onsite in Makati and travel for site inspections and client meetings What’s on offer:
