We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in fire protection engineering to join our team as a Fire Protection Engineering Intern for the summer of 2027. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education in an accredited engineering program.
Enrolled as a full-time student in an engineering program (i.e. fire protection, mechanical, civil, architectural engineering, etc.) at a nationally recognized, accredited collegeTwo years of required courses completed towards an undergraduate engineering degreeDemonstrates knowledge of, and interest in, fire protection engineeringExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientated and organizedAbility to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer break. Flexibility for school schedule/demands will be providedReliable transportation is strongly preferred, as the role will involve commuting to our office as well as occasional attendance at off-site meetings and job walksThis position is not eligible for sponsorship. No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position.
The expected hourly pay rate is $22 - $26.
