We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in engineering to join our team as a Fire Protection Engineering Intern. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of post-secondary education in an accredited fire protection engineering program.
Eligibility Requirements:
Enrolled as a full-time student in an engineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college.One year of required courses completed towards an undergraduate engineering degree (preferred).Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Fire Protection Engineering degree program or taking fire protection–specific courses as part of their engineering studies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Detail orientated and organized.Ability to work up to 32 hours per week during the winter break (winter position) or up to 40 hours per week during the summer break (summer position). Flexibility will be provided to accommodate individual school schedules and academic demands.
We are hiring multiple students to support each seasonal period separately:Winter Break: A 3‑week assignment from January 4–22Summer Break: Full summer break assignmentHourly pay rate: $24 - $30/hour
Full‑time, in‑person internship based in our Fulton, MD office.
3-4 days in office, 1-2 days work from home.
