We are looking for professionals Consultants experienced in the following areas:
audit preparation and support services financial reporting assistance and support accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting pronouncements and financial restatementsSEC filings related to IPOs, debt offerings and acquisitionsSarbanes-Oxley assistance, including 404 scoping, documentation and testing
Qualifications and Experience:
A mix of public accounting experience at a Big 4/National Firm/Private IndustryBachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA license - strongly preferredOutstanding client service skills with a “can do" positive attitudeAbility to work with tight deadlines in an ever changing environmentStrong accounting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environmentAbility to travelLocation:
Our office is in located in Woodland Hills, but the location of our work is based on client locations primarily throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
