Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Internal/External Communications:Identify, develop and execute firm-wide communication strategy for key media contacts and customer references.Network and cultivate trusting relationships with all levels of the firm and external vendors. Develop collaboration opportunities by being friendly, efficient, responsive and trustworthy.Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposalsSupport creation and production of internal/external marketing materials, videos, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint decks, and more.Responsible for managing client feedback on an ongoing basis to track the outcome of marketing efforts.Work with Partners to source custom promotional materials for events, conferences, clients, and personnel on an as needed basis.Communicate expectations and timeline to executive team and resources to deliver projects in a timely manner.
Marketing and Brand Development:Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials including newsletters, web copy, ads, proposals, presentations, and articles.Work with executive team as project manager to Identify, develop and execute marketing initiatives to align with firm’s vision and strategic growth plans.Coordinate events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives including managing logistics, communications to ensure seamless execution that maximizes the Firm’s investment and exposure.Develop and maintain a list of target clients for the Los Angeles and Orange County region's industry practices.Manage client entertainment and maximize the use of firm funded ticket events to continuously identify high potential clients.
Website Content and Social MediaSupport the Firm’s online and social media strategy including maintaining intranet postings, announcements, services, and company awards. Required Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is requiredMinimum 3-5 years of marketing experience; professionals services experience is preferredExperience working with CRM softwareStrong attention to detail and stellar organizational skillsCreative and innovative mind to help build a one of a kind brandSuperior verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with individuals at all levels, virtually and in-person.Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and PhotoShop.Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Location: This position is able to work remotely with the occasional in-house meeting and offers a flexible schedule as well.
