The role
As an M&A lawyer, you will be part of an international team advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors. You will draft and negotiate key documents, lead due diligence, coordinate cross-border deal teams, and work directly with clients and their advisers.
You will collaborate closely with specialists in areas like finance, capital markets, competition and tax, bringing together different perspectives to deliver seamless, forward-looking solutions. Your experience
At least 5-7 years of Corporate M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading firmDutch qualified with a strong academic recordFluent in Dutch and English, with excellent drafting and communication skillsA sharp analytical mind with strong commercial instinctA natural collaborator who enjoys teamwork and takes initiativeAble to simplify complex issues and provide clear, confident adviceDriven, curious, and eager to help clients see further, faster
