Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mattersWork closely with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, integrated client solutionsTake an active role in transaction execution, including drafting, negotiation, and client managementBuild and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiativesContribute to the development of junior lawyers and participate in knowledge sharing across the practice 2–4 years’ PQE (UK equivalent), with qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdictionExperience in one or more of the following:General bankingInfrastructure / project financeLeveraged financeRestructuringAsset financeStructured financeStrong technical and transactional skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality legal adviceDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and culturesExcellent academic credentials and strong commercial acumenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environmentProactive approach to business development and client relationship managementCommitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and team contributionWhy Join Us
