About this role
During this internship, learning is central. You will have the opportunity to watch experienced IT Support Analysts and independently perform supporting tasks. Your work will include:
Participate in the Service Desk and get acquainted with the daily IT supportHandle second-line tickets and support usersProvide support for walk-ins and meeting room issuesAttend Tech Hub sessions and learn from senior analystsPreparing laptops and mobile devices for useShadowing during floor walks and observing how escalations are handledParticipate in daily IT stand-ups and document key insights Who are we looking for?
You are following a bachelor course in the direction of IT, ICT or similarYou have a good command of EnglishYou are eager to learn, proactive and have good communication skillsYou have an affinity with technology and user supportPriority will be given to internships which are part of your academic curriculum. Ideally, the duration should be at least 6 months.
