About this role
Our team works to build affinity with our members and develop long-term investors in our advocacy work and citizen activists. Our members are critical for shifting policy, electing environmental champions, and creating lasting change to protect our water resources in MN and the US. Callers are trained on our campaigns and gain experience in organizing, environmental activism, politics, non-profit work, and fundraising. Prior work in any of these areas will support success in this position.
This hybrid position is perfect for those seeking flexible scheduling, with opportunities for long-term growth. The initial training is in-office (Downtown Minneapolis), with hybrid shifts after training is complete. Candidates must be located in the Twin-Cities metro-area to be considered. Candidates who possess a strong commitment to environmental, social, and political justice, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor will be well suited for this role. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
