What you'll do
The client is a young gentleman in his teens who has Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay & PICA.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and has a strong emotional resilience to join our existing team where no two days are the same.
Your day-to-day would include providing personal care, infection control and constant supervision to ensure a safe environment at all times at home and in the community.
What you'll need
Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following:
Challenging BehavioursKnowledge of Autism or ADHDThe ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients.The ability to interpret body language or to use visual aids such as PECS.Consistency, emotional resilience & the ability to build trust. Why choose us?
