You will:
Support residents to remain independent within their Extra Care apartmentsOffer companionship and reassuranceProvide a reassuring presence and build meaningful, day-to-day connectionsAssist with medication, mobility, and mealtime supportWork closely with an on-site, dedicated care team, ensuring continuity and quality of careDeliver personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivityRespond promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the schemeEncourage social engagement and participation in on-site activities and community life What we’re looking for?
