Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homesEnsure personal care is delivered with dignity and respectPromote companionship and reassurance through team guidanceOversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimesLead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local team What we are looking for?
Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That’s great too. What matters most is your passion for high-quality care and your ability to lead and support others with heart.

Naturally caring, compassionate and committed to person-centred supportStrong leaders who inspire and motivate care teamsReliable, organised and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced field-based roleConfident in overseeing care delivery, conducting assessments, spot checks and reviewsEager to develop others through mentoring, training and hands-on support (with our full training and ongoing development)Experienced in care (ideally with supervisory exposure or ready to step up), with a good understanding of care standards, safeguarding and regulations Here’s what makes us different:
