About this role
What you'll do
As a Registered Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to our clients with complex needs. You will be expected to work closely with the family and MDT, with oversight from the company’s complex community nurse. There will be an up-to-date care plan, for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes. You will be expected to provide holistic person-centred care, helping the client to meet their full potential. The role of the package nurse can be extremely rewarding, it also offers flexible working if required.
You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes the following:
Tracheostomy care The usage of invasive ventilators during the night. Deep suctioning.Cough AssistCatheter CareBowel Management.Medication Administration. What you’ll need
Registered Nurse Diploma/ Degree with an active NMC Pin with at least 3 years of experienceTo be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionateExperience in moving and handlingExperience with tracheostomiesExperience with ventilatorsExperience with cough assist and deep suctioningExperience with supra pubic cathetersExperience with bowel managementExperience of administering medicationExperience with spinal cord injuries Here’s what makes us different:
