Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients.
Youâll follow individual care plans and provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping clients to live safer, happier and more independent lives in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing dignified support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence careSupporting clients with their medicationPreparing meals and providing support at mealtimesAssisting with shopping and light household tasksSupporting clients to attend appointments and access their local communityProviding companionship and emotional supportMonitoring clientsâ wellbeing and reporting any changesMaintaining accurate records of the care and support providedWorking closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals

You donât need any previous social care experience to apply. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
Weâre more interested in your compassion, reliability and ability to care. Youâll also need:
Regular availability during evenings, weekends or bothA kind, respectful and caring natureA positive and proactive attitudeGood communication and listening skillsReliability and flexibilityResilience and a willingness to learnThe existing right to work in the UKIf youâre kind-hearted, dependable and ready to make every evening or weekend a little brighter, you already have what it takes to become a fantastic Care Assistant.
