Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients.
Youâll follow individual care plans and provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping clients to live safer, happier and more independent lives in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing dignified support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence careSupporting clients with their medicationPreparing meals and providing support at mealtimesAssisting with shopping and light household tasksSupporting clients to attend appointments and access their local communityProviding companionship and emotional supportMonitoring clientsâ wellbeing and reporting any changesMaintaining accurate records of the care and support providedWorking closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals 𦸠What youâll need
You donât need any previous social care experience to apply. We provide fully paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
