💙 What you’ll do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care in our clients’ homes. You’ll follow individual care plans and place dignity, choice and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Your responsibilities may include:
💧 Providing dignified personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence support💊 Supporting clients with their medication, including reminders and safe administration🚶 Assisting with mobility, transfers and the safe use of aids and equipment🍲 Preparing nutritious meals and providing support at mealtimes🏡 Helping with light household duties, including laundry, tidying and making beds🤝 Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support🌍 Supporting clients to attend appointments and remain connected to their families and communities👀 Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any changes📝 Maintaining accurate care and support records🛡️ Responding safely and effectively in an emergency🤝 Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionalsEvery visit is an opportunity to help someone feel safe, valued and supported.
🦸 What you’ll need
You don’t need previous social care experience to apply—we provide fully paid training and ongoing support.
