About the Role
You will support an active 38‑year‑old female client living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2). She lives independently in her own home and leads a busy, social lifestyle.
Your role will include:
Supporting all aspects of personal careMoving and handlingMedication administrationHelping with household tasksDriving the client’s adapted manual vehicleSupporting her to access work, social activities, Powerchair Football, holidays, and community eventsBecause her lifestyle is varied and active, flexibility with working hours is essential
What We’re Looking For
Experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided. The following skills are advantageous:
Manual HandlingPersonal CareMedication AdministrationThe only mandatory requirement: A full, valid UK manual driving licence and confidence driving on motorways.
