What you’ll do
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to support an individual in their home, helping them live as independently as possible. It’s a great opportunity to develop your skills while making a real difference.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs, including:
personal carebowel and bladder managementphysiotherapy supportdriving the client to appointmentsmeal preparation (including feeding assistance)light domestic tasksregular equipment safety checks. What we’re looking for:
Experience with PEG feeding, bowel management, and moving and handling would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleCompassionate, reliable, and proactive approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills Here’s what makes us different:
