What you’ll do
This is a rewarding and person-centred role supporting a gentleman who lives with his wife and values their privacy and quality time together. He enjoys the companionship of his dog and is passionate about football, both watching and talking about the sport.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs, including:
Personal care and manual handlingBowel management using PeristeenMeal preparation and household tasks such as cleaning and laundryOffering companionship while respecting his need for space and privacyThis role is ideal for someone compassionate, respectful, and confident in delivering complex care in a home environment.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
The successful candidate will have a a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
