Each shift is 24hours with a sleep in night, allowing you to work 24-48 hours per week and have almost 5 days off!
We’re looking for a kind, compassionate person to join a fantastic team supporting a young woman with a spinal cord injury in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
She lives with her sister and a cheeky tabby cat — so being pet‑friendly is essential. She loves rare plants, greenery, and mindful hobbies, and enjoys getting out to explore new places and experiences.
Your role is to enable her to live her best life, supporting her with daily activities, personal care, and the things she loves.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting daily living and personal care needsAssisting with mobility and bowel managementHelping her enjoy hobbies, outings, and new experiencesWorking confidently around petsFollowing care plans and instructionsBringing warmth, humour, and a “can‑do” attitudeWorking along side other professionals 3 times a dayFull training is provided — previous complex care experience is helpful but not essential.
