What you’ll do
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you’ll support your client to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own home.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care and support with daily routinesOffering companionship and emotional supportDriving the client to appointments, activities and social outingsPlanning, preparing and cooking suitable mealsSupporting with medication where requiredShopping and completing light household tasksHelping the client remain as active and independent as possibleProviding reassurance and support throughout the placementYou must be comfortable in the kitchen and able to plan and cook a range of nutritious everyday meals based on the client’s needs, dietary requirements and preferences.
What we’re looking for:

Be female, due to the client’s personal care requirementsHold a full UK driving licenceBe confident and willing to drive the client as requiredHave at least six months of care experience gained in the UKBe able to work a minimum two-week live-in placement without returning homeBe willing to travel to placements across the UKBe confident planning, preparing and cooking mealsHave the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorshipBe compassionate, resilient, reliable and comfortable working independently What we offer
